Terms of Service

1. The service

ImgRemix AI lets you upload reference photos (up to 4 per generation), choose a style preset and parameters, and receive an AI-generated image. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, generation quality, or that a particular style or result will be produced.

2. Free trial

Visitors get 3 free generations on the Fast 1.0 tier (1K resolution) with no sign-up required. Free generations carry a brand watermark until any credit top-up. The site also has a daily free budget (currently $3.00 of upstream compute per day): when it is exhausted, free generation is temporarily unavailable and you will be asked to sign in and top up credits.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are sold as one-time packs — there is no subscription. Current packs: Starter $9.90 for 250 credits, Creator Pro $29.90 for 900 credits, Studio Max $79.90 for 3,000 credits.
• Credits never expire.
• All sales are final: credit purchases are non-refundable. If a generation fails after credits were deducted, the credits are automatically refunded to your account.
• Payment is taken through Telegram Stars, Cryptomus (crypto), or an external redeem code bought from a third-party store. We do not process card payments directly.

4. Your uploads

You are responsible for the images you upload. Only upload photos you have the right to use — in particular, do not upload photos of other people without their permission. Uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI provider for generation and the result is re-hosted on our storage. Reference uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days; generated images after 24 hours (free) or 30 days (paid accounts). You can download the images you generate from the workbench.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create or upload:

• Non-consensual images of real people, including face swaps or deepfakes of identifiable individuals.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material.
• Explicit sexual content or pornography.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Content intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate another person.
• Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Uploads and prompts are screened by an automated keyword blocklist. This is an automated check only and does not guarantee that violating content is caught. We may refuse service, delete content, or close accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / takedown page for how to file a notice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including for generated images or for any loss of credits, images, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may change these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
