ImgRemix AI is an image-to-image AI tool: you upload reference photos, pick a style, and we generate a new image from them. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and when we delete it. We try to collect as little as possible — the free trial needs no account at all.

1. What we collect

  • Reference images and prompts. The photos you upload (up to 4 per generation) and the text prompt or style preset you choose. These are needed to run the generation you asked for.
  • Abuse-prevention identifiers. For the free trial we record a hash of your IP address combined with a browser fingerprint. This is how we enforce the one-free-generation limit and the daily free budget. We do not store your raw IP address in our database.
  • Account information, only if you sign in. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address; if you sign in with Telegram we receive your Telegram user ID. Signing in is optional — the free trial works without an account.
  • Payment records. When you buy credits we record the order (package, amount, credits added) and the payment channel's transaction reference. Card and bank details are handled by the payment providers (Telegram Stars, Cryptomus, or the external redeem-code store) and are never sent to us.

2. How your images are processed

Your uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI provider that performs the image generation, and the resulting image is then re-hosted on our own storage so it can be shown and downloaded from this site. Your photos are used only to produce the result you requested. We do not sell your images or share them with advertisers.

3. How long we keep things

  • Reference uploads: deleted automatically after 7 days.
  • Generated images (free / anonymous): deleted automatically after 24 hours.
  • Generated images (paid accounts): deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Account and order records: kept while your account exists so your credits — which never expire — remain available.

4. Free generations and watermarks

Images generated on the free tier carry a small brand watermark in the corner when displayed or downloaded. The watermark is removed automatically after any credit top-up.

5. Content screening

Uploads and prompts are screened by an automated keyword blocklist for unlawful or harmful content. This is an automated check only — we do not promise human review of uploads. If you believe an image on this site infringes your rights, see our DMCA / takedown page.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
